Today I'm giving it a full wearing. The good thing is that it smells quite good, especially after the initial 5 minutes or so. A lemon - pink pepper opening, leading to a sustained creamy (vanilla) lemon fragrance with hint of some woods. However, it is utterly boring.Chanel's Allure Homme is a potent oriental scent, and its invigorating sweet-spicy profile is love it or hate it. The foundation blends seamlessly with the slight citrus and sweet and spicy top layers: Vetiver, patchouli, cedar and sandal woods punctuate the smoothness evident throughout.

At first I wasn't very fond of it, but the more I wore it, the more I loved it. It's not a classicly "masculine" fragrance, it's soft and sensual, creamy, woody, fresh, sweet goodness.
