I’m oily with hormonal cystic acne prone skin. I like YSL Nu a lot! I use BB face base and apply it to my face first, then blend with a damp BB. I spray my face with setting spray, then set with loose powder, and use setting spray again. I haven’t had many issues with it transferring this way.
